Constraints & best practices

All endpoints accept JPEG, PNG, and WEBP (document forgery also accepts HEIC/HEIF and TIFF, max 50 MB; keep other uploads ≤ 20 MB for best latency).

Document resolution matters: long edge ≥ 1,200 px is required (below that the image is rejected as RESOLUTION_TOO_LOW); 2,400–4,099 px is the optimal tier with calibration error ≈ 1%. Outside that band results are graded indicative-only.

Confidence scores are probabilistic — tune thresholds per flow rather than hard-coding one cutoff, and keep the task_id from every response for tracing and support.
